Why do I need to contact my administrator?
  • Your administrator has the authority to verify your identity
  • They can ensure the security of your bowling center's data
  • They can provide immediate assistance and get you back to work quickly
  • This process prevents unauthorized access to your center's information
For Administrators

If you are an administrator and need to reset a user's password:

  1. Log in to your LaneDoctor admin panel
  2. Navigate to "User Management"
  3. Find the user and click "Reset Password"
  4. Provide the user with their temporary password
